USF CONNECT Boardroom
3802 Spectrum Blvd.
 
The USF CONNECT Boardroom is designed for executive level meetings and presentations, with the capability to comfortably seat fifteen to twenty people.  The room is equipped with:
  •  Oval shaped conference table and chairs
  •  LCD projection equipment, conference phone and easel
  •  Food service credenza and adjoining coffee bar
 
USF CONNECT Boardroom Reservation Policy
 

Tenants of the Tampa Bay Technology Incubator and other entities may reserve the use of the USF CONNECT boardroom by visiting our office at 3802 Spectrum Blvd., Suite 100, and making a verbal reservation with the receptionist.  Tenants of the incubator may reserve the use of the boardroom up to 60 days in advance of the requested meeting date.  Other entities may reserve the use of the boardroom up to 30 days in advance of the requested meeting date.

Keep in mind that other groups may have requested the use of the boardroom immediately after your scheduled usage time.  Please end your meeting promptly. If you're meeting is going to run over the scheduled time, check with the receptionist to see if it is possible to extend your usage of the room. 

 

 USF Connect Mentoring Rooms

 
Mentoring rooms are designed and available to provide assistance to incubated companies.  Rooms include round table and 3 chairs.

 


 

USF Connect with Embassy Suites

 The Galleria
3720 Spectrum Blvd.

 

The Galleria connecting 3720 and 3802 Spectrum Blvd. was designed to accommodate large groups. The Galleria provides an excellent atmosphere for receptions and banquets and can hold up to five-hundred guests.
   
 

 

Seminar Halls A and B

The USF CONNECT Seminar Halls are designed for large meetings and events. Combined, the two rooms can comfortably seat ninety people. The sliding wall enables the large room (shown) to be divided into two seminar halls, A and B, each seating forty-five people. Each seminar hall is equipped with a fully integrated audiovisual system that includes: 

  • LCD projection equipment
  • A 9-foot mechanical display screen
  • Lectern with touch screen controls to all projection equipment
  • DVD/VHS equipment
  • Wireless microphone system
